COVID-19: Safe Viewing Policy

At Sure Sales & Lettings, we are committed to ensuring we provide a safe environment for our employees and for all of our customers. We have taken several measures to protect against the spreading of COVID-19, which includes a health assessment on customers who have requested to meet us, or one of our sellers.

• Do NOT view if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
• We will only be showing around buyers able to proceed, for the time being
• Maximum of 2 adults from the same household to view at any one time
• NO CHILDREN
• Please maintain social distancing at all times
• Each viewing will last no longer than 15 minutes
• Face coverings and gloves/anti bac gel are essential and must be worn at all times
• Do not touch anything in the property, we will ensure ALL doors are open and lights on
• Wait outside the property until advised

Health and Safety Questionnaire

The latest government guidance requires Estate Agents and Letting Agents to carry out a health and safety risk assessment prior to any face to face meeting. This is both for your safety and the safety of the team.

Based on the information provided, we may need to re-assess how we communicate with you and agree a suitable way we can work together.
